Mastering the Science of Beauty & Business is an evidence-based, hands-on online course for underserved youth and young adults who want beauty skills plus real business confidence. You’ll learn cosmetic science fundamentals (formulation basics, skin/ingredient literacy, sanitation, and safety), then connect them to STEM-backed service and product decisions. Through practical lessons, you’ll build a mini business plan, learn pricing and inventory thinking, and practice client communication using trauma-informed, social-emotional learning approaches. By the end, you’ll be able to explain key concepts, deliver client-ready beauty services, evaluate product choices, and take your next steps toward credentials, entrepreneurship, and economic independence.
