From Lab to Launch: Innovative Cosmetic Science and Entrepreneurship is a hands-on, STEM-based online course for underserved youth and young adults who want real cosmetic knowledge and a practical path to earning power. Guided by trauma-informed instruction and evidence-based learning, you’ll explore skin science, product formulation basics, ingredient safety, and lab-inspired testing methods—then connect those skills to entrepreneurship: identifying a customer problem, building a simple product/service concept, pricing, and creating a launch plan using beauty as the vehicle and STEM as the foundation. By the end, you’ll leave with a draft formulation brief, a product or service pitch, a basic business model, and confidence to pursue credentials, mentorship, and real-world opportunities in the beauty industry.
